Very poor quality at high prices
Ordered a Ronnie VanSant hat and paid over $60.00 for it. Received hat and to be VERY HONEST the box it came in was higher quality than the hat.
CHEAP HAT AT HIGH PRICE!!!
No damage to box but hat looked like it had gone through a tornado. Crumpled brim and smashed crown.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS POS WEBSITE. I GUARANTEE YOU, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Purchase order is not seen in the portal
I am not pissed I am just trying to track a hat that I purchased. The online portal doesn't allow you to track the order.
And it also had no visual record of the purchase. Which made me go check the snap shot I took of the actual purchase.
Anyway that should be 100 symbols. Why do we have to write so much?

I ordered a hat from hat heaven a month ago and I just received it but it is the wrong hat it is not the hat shown in the picture

Didn't get my order
I mean this is the first time I've had his problem I've order from them before but if I can indeed my product or my money it's been two months nothing don't mean to be angry but tell me something or answer back with a refund or my product I would love to have my product

Poor quality bait and switch hat company
This company sells under a couple names. They show you a nice picture of a cowboy hat for a relatively good price.
Then they send you a *** Felt poor quality hat 60 days later. They have no active phone number to speak with the person. If you email them. It's a computer that responds with a canned response.

Have not received hat
I’ve waited over a month for my hat and keep being told that I shall receive it soon the last time I spoke or emailed this company they said it would be 5 to 8 days. It’s already 15 days past.

The hats SUCK!!!
Cheap poor quality they show pics of quality hats stolen from reputable suppliers and send bootleg hats to customers!!! Run not walk away from any thing MYHATHAVEN!!!

Hat Undelivered
Yesterday 'MyHatHaven' said my Feb. 9 order had been shipped.The tracking link they gave me from China provided No information.If I ever receive my order I will let you know.Nothing so far.
Con: Inability to communicate about the shipment, timing, tracking or anything else.
Con: SHOP tracking provides No details about the shipment other than "Delivered"Con: There is No way to reach Hat Haven by phone.

Joke/silly hat! Wear as a costume if that’s your purchase reason.
I should have read the reviews MHH never responded to my emails. Took a month to receive hat.
Cheaply made. Inside crown, ties to tighten. Pain in the rear. Kind a floppy, it shouldnt be such a soft brim.
Found store address, the Bronx NY. Came from China, literally. Address from China.
Dont waste your money Ugh!! Live and learn I reckon.
